Founded in 1909, the American Cadet Alliance holds the distinction of being the oldest and longest-serving Cadet organization in the U.S.  Through a challenging, supportive and encouraging atmosphere, each Cadet has ample opportunity to develop through personal experience, an increased level of self-confidence, self-reliance, and personal and national pride. Though ACA achieves its goals through military discipline (to develop dedication, motivation, responsibility and accountability) we endeavor to prepare well-rounded patriots and leaders -- not warriors!

Text Box: “To instill in young Americans, through a multi-faceted cadet program which is physically and mentally challenging and rewarding, the importance of national pride, service to others, and maintaining a drug-free and gang-free lifestyle.” Text Box: In October 2007 the Military Cadets of Cape Girardeau graduated its first Recruit Orientation Course. Keep up the great work Recruit Class 0702. We are currently accepting Recruit and Officer Application for the Military Cadets of Cape Girardeau. Any persons interested should contact 1LT Carter at (573) 418-0561. Any person that is interested in forming a unit in Missouri please feel free to contact us. We are always looking for hard working, dedicated Adult Volunteers that wish to serve Americans youths.
